The project of 4400Nm3/h crude argon purification device is the largest supporting crude argon purification device in the polysilicon industry in the world at present, which is also the only set of crude argon purification device that realizes oil-containing recovery, which not only reduces the production cost of the end user, but also creates a pioneer in the field of cryogenic plants.
