According to years of experience, these equipment have saved costs for customers and created significant benefits. Based on our experience, taking a 5GW crystal pulling plant as an example, an argon recovery and purification equipment could help save argon purchase cost for more than 30 million yuan annually.

After upgrading of three generation of argon recovery equipment, hydrogen-free argon equipment has been successfully developed in 2019 with extraction ratio reach 90%, which further improved the stability and safety of the equipment.
