The 50TPD full liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon air separation plant that designed and manufactured by Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. for customers in Argentina have arrived at the jobsite after demand design, equipment manufacturing, and shipping. By this time, the project has entered into the installation stage. As shown in the following figure, with innovative structural design, the fractionation tower is assembled in the factory and shipped as a whole. Compared with the on-site assembly of other manufacturers, XLA’s design takes shorter installation time and lower cost, which only needs to be erected. On December 14, 2020, the leaders of the Suzhou Government gave a visit to Xinglu Air Separation Plant Company. Mr. Xue Lu, chairman of XLA, gave a warm reception, showing them around the office area and the production workshop to conduct various inspections. Mr. Xue Lu explain company’s personnel management, safety production, product quality and working process to the government officials carefully. The leaders first came to the Xinglu’s office area and listened to Mr. Xu Lu’s introduction on company’s development history, actual cases, and future development directions and plans. On Sep. 19th, 2020, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant and Rongcheng Gas held a signing ceremony together for the third phase liquid air separation plant with an annual output of 260,000 tons. Previously, their first and second phase plants all provided by XLA and were in stable operation. Huge benefits were created. Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant has nearly 30 years of experience in the field of cryogenic air separation, with customers involving medical, metallurgy, petrochemical, electronics and other industries.
