The following picture shows a 150TPD all-liquid air separation plant with argon designed and manufactured by XLA for one of our Zhejiang customers.
This plant adopts medium-pressure circulation process process, with know-how technology, and imported compressor and turbine, achieving a lower unit energy consumption than other types of plants. According to the needs of customers, some high-purity liquid oxygen with purity up to 99.999% could be produced to meet the diversified needs of user. The advanced hydrogen-free argon production process that adopted in this plant is much safe, providing customers with higher guarantee. At the same time, for small air separation plant, this process requires higher technology, which greatly highlights the strength of our cryogenic technology.
