Through development for almost 30 years, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant has grown into a pioneer in design and manufacture of cryogenic air separation plant in China. XLA has been granted Certificate of ISO9001, ASME, NB, “U” Certificate of Europe, New and High-tech Enterprise, Engineering Technology Research Center of Cryogenic Equipment of Jiangsu province, national postdoctoral station. XLA specializes in designing and manufacturing natural gas liquefaction equipment, cryogenic air separation plant, external circulation liquefaction equipment, off gas recovery and separation equipment, etc.
The following picture shows the 300,000 Sm3/d pipeline natural gas purification and liquefaction equipment provided by Xinglu Air Separation plant for domestic natural gas liquefaction plants. The process adopts dry adsorption.
Characteristics:
1. Adopting nitrogen cycle refrigeration, nitrogen regeneration, automatic switching, full recovery of feed gas after removing impurities, full dry purification and other XLA patents and proprietary technologies, tailored according to customer needs. This equipment provides a guarantee of winter peak shaving and daily emergency gas supply in this region.
2. The system can reach full load operation within 2 hours of starting up, and can reach full operation within 0.5 hours short-term shutdown.
