Since 1992, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation has been engaged in the development and innovation of technology and specialize in design and manufacture of cryogenic air separation plant with more than 100 patents and products exported to over 40 countries and regions. XLA also established good long term relationship with many of our customers.
As the pandemic situation in Italy has gradually improved, the fourth set of unattended nitrogen plant designed and manufactured by XLA for one of Italian customers that cooperate for many years has been successfully shipped at their request (seen in the following pictures).
Characteristics:
1. The equipment adopts know-how technology, engineering design and manufacturing in accordance with ISO quality management system, and has also successfully passed CE certification.
2. The warm end skid and cold box of the equipment are all installed in the factory. When the equipment arrives on site, user only needs to make a simple bolt connection.
3. Automatic unattended design make it possible to control plant remotely, start and stop automatically. Therefore, labor cost on site will be greatly reduced.

XLA equips 4 modern workshops, with professional lifting devices operated by experienced operators, also adopting special fixing to avoid shaking and collision during transportation. In addition, considering to weather changes during transportation, the container was covered waterproof cloth to protect the equipment.
