The constant components of air are oxygen, nitrogen, and a minute quantity of noble gases, such as argon. As a more scarce resource than oxygen and nitrogen, it is a high-value product in the production of air separation plant. It is of great difficulty to extract argon, not only due to its low content (0.93%), but also for the high requirements of technology, especially in small air separation plant.
Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation is committed to the research and development, design and manufacturing of cryogenic technology. It has produced and sold more than 1,000 sets of air separation equipment since 1992. 1100Nm3 / h full-rectification argon air separation equipment designed and manufactured by XLA that utilize medium pressure circulation process is one of the smallest full rectification argon production equipment in China (Figure 1). It has been operating stably for more than 10 years.

Figure 2 is a 500TPD equipment of full-rectification internal compression for Argon by XLA for one of our Mexican customers. Stable argon production and over-production have been realized. It enjoys great popularity in the local area and has been recognized by customers in surrounding countries.
