Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd.(“XLA” for short) mainly is engaged in R&D, design and manufacture in cryogenic technology filed, equipment leasing and device maintenance. Through 30 years` development, XLA has grown to the pioneer of R&D and design of cryogenic air separation technology in China. XLA has been granted Certificate of ISO9001, ASME Certificate of Authorization, NB Certificate of Authorization, “U” Stamp etc. international qualification certificates and CE product certificate. Customers throughout the country and exported to the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa, more than 40 countries.
Our company signed a contract to supply nitrogen plant in Turkey in 2017. This set of plant is in accordance with CE standard. In early June 2018, the equipment was successfully debugged and has been running normally for more than a year. During normal operation, the plant is controlled automatically, no operators are required at Jobsite, the capacity control during normal operation can be set remotely. This plant power consumption is low. The power consumption reaches 0.22kwh/Nm3.
According to the current situation of gas product demand at the customer’s site, the oil free screw compressor adjustable range larger. The capacity of gas nitrogen is adjustable from 1000Nm3/h~2000Nm3/h. And the variable load adjustment is automatic.
Our company has a first-class technical guidance team. Since the installation of the equipment, our technical engineers have provided various trainings to the on-site operators of the users, covering the standard operation of the equipment and daily maintenance.
