With the development of society, more and more enterprises begin to use automatic equipment to reduce cost of production, operation and management. Meanwhile, production quality and efficiency have been improved and great results have been achieved!
Considering to customer needs, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation developed automatic unattended equipment independently on basis of original air separation equipment.
Following advantages of automatic unattended equipment will not be available in manual production:
1.Reduce maintenance personnel on site greatly. Generally, there is no need to arrange staff on site, only periodic inspections and basic maintenance of the equipment are required, greatly reducing production management costs.
2.The device can be operated and monitored remotely with control system for network monitoring equipped with corresponding instrument control system. It can be used to start and stop, and change operating conditions by computer control program realizing unattended automatically operation.
3. The equipment can adopt skid mounted, which is more convenient for transportation and installation.
Figure 1 is an unattended nitrogen production equipment supporting electronic gas for photovoltaic production being completed and put into operation successfully on New Year’s Day in 2020 at the first time.

Figure 2 shows a high-purity nitrogen equipment designed and manufactured by XLA for an Italian professional gas supplier, completely unmanned — automatic startup, automatic purity and load adjustment and automatically adaptive to downstream gas pressure. This equipment has been exported to Europe and operating stably for many years.
