Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation began to study Argon recovery process since early this century.Nowadays, the extraction rate of our argon recovery plant can be over 95% with a purity of 99.999% and due to the safe,reliable,energy-saving and consumption-reducing performance, our argon recovery plant has been widely used in solar photovoltaic industry, semiconductor and stainless steel industry and has gained good reputation in the market.
The following is the fourth-generation argon recovery and purification plant provided by Xinglu Air Separation Plant for a photovoltaic enterprise. The plant was officially put into commercial operation in December 2020 and keep running smoothly at present. This plant adopts XLA’s fourth-generation hydrogen-free purification technology. Compared with the second and third-generation argon recovery and purification plant, the safety has been improved and the investment and operating costs are greatly reduced. It is also highly thought of by our customer for it can provide stable argon supply with a lower operating cost. Compared with that customer vents waste argon and purchases product argon only, our argon recovery system can greatly save the customer’s cost.
