In the process of manufacturing and maintenance of pressure vessels, welding is an essential process, but also a very important working link.
Welding technology is mainly divided into automatic welding and manual welding. We use automatic welding which is advanced in the industry. Good Welds should be ichthyoid (as shown).
During the welding process, we strictly implement the requirements of the national standards, Weld appearance inspection and weld internal quality inspection. For each part of the air separation plant, we will do visual inspection first. After the inspector measured the weld angle, weld width and surface defects qualified for follow-up process requirements testing items.
We will also have an inspection. After inspection, we will have a test report, only qualified products will be sent to the customer jobsite.
Because we are strict with every part of plant. Our plant has gained a good reputation from our stable and nice quality during these years.
