Production capacity

Our company can prefabricate standardizing small and medium size plants with whole skid-mounted in accordance with the clients’ requirements. The commissioning of plant could be finished in the XAL’s workshop before delivery. Good quality, short delivery time and small workload on job site are our advantages.

The workshops are equipped with crane whose lifting capacity is 80 tons, advanced laser cutting machine, automatic welder of copper, aluminum and stainless steel, veneer reeling machine with biggest dealing size of 80mm, steel plate shearer, hydraulic bender and hydraulic high speed single head pipe bending machine. Specialized dust-free sand blasting room, painting room, devices for chemical analysis and mechanical performance testing machine, detection means of RT, UT, MT and PT, helium leak detector and other first-level auxiliary manufacturing and testing equipment and device are well equipped in the workshop.
